Vendor or Store Requirements?
All vendors and products listed must meet the strict requirements set by the Federal Government. Products that have THC must have less than 0.3% THC by dry weight volume. Product marketing and packaging should not be directed towards kids, should not market the use of THC.
If selling to all 50 US States you must double check the Legal Status page to see what states are Legal, Gray Area, Caution, or Illegal to ship.
How Do I Get Paid / Withdraw?
Getting paid is fast and easy. All order that have been shipped are marketed as completed. Within 14 days after shipping the order an automated payment request is made.
Based on the wallet address set within your vendor payment section, is where payments will be made in your requested cryptocurrency.
What About Order Returns?
In general all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
However failure to deliver or ship an order could result in your seller account being terminated.
How to Fulfill Orders?
As a general rule of thumb, ship all orders with a COA for the included products being sent. This will avoid products being confiscated or recipients facing potential fines or imprisonment.
If your products are not tested or contain a official COA from a licensed marijuana testing facility please do not create an account or sell products on Hemp Mart that are not legal to be sold via the 2018 Farm Bill.
You will need a Shippo account (recommended) or a ShipStation account to print shipping labels to fulfill orders.

What Happens With Chargebacks?
All payments are completed with Cryptocurrency and charge backs are not available.
